Anti Bullying

Anti-bullying week 2025

This year, Anti Bullying week was from Monday 10th November to Friday 14th November 2025. As a School, we supported this event with many various activities related to this topic for the children to take part in, through PSHE (SCARF) lessons, assemblies and at breaktimes/lunchtimes.

As well as the events which were taking place in school, we created a different theme for each day for anti-bullying week and empower the children to choose respect.

Monday 10th November –

The children come into school in their uniform but wearing odd socks! This celebrates individuality and reminds us that it’s great to be different. Let’s start the week by showing that our differences make us special.

Tuesday 11th November Remembrance Day

The children come into school in their uniform and will be spreading kindness by writing or sharing kind words with others. We’ll focus on the power our words have to make someone’s day better.

Wednesday 12th November

Children will come in their uniform and design a “Power for Good” poster to show how they can make a difference. We’ll display these around the school to spread the message!

Thursday 13th November

The children come in their uniform but can also wear a hat, cape, or badge to represent their ‘inner hero’. We’ll be talking about real-life heroes who use their power for good every day.

Friday 14th November

CHILDREN IN NEED

The children come dressed in spots for this year’s Children in Need theme Spotacular. During the day, each class will also take part in our Dance-a-thon to raise money for Children in Need. Donations of £1 will go to Children in Need.

As well as all of these great events, our wonderful Year 6 ambassadors conducted a performance to the whole school, sharing the message of “Power for Good”. They were truly outstanding, and we are so proud of them.
